Apply to perform, Become a Volunteer, Apply for a Food Stall, Become a Sponsor or Apply for Media Access by selecting the appropriate form below.

General Stall Application

Please Note: This is only an Application and does NOT guarantee you a stall at the festival. Once all applications are received by the closing date, we will select a number of Applicants from there. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as reasonably practicable.

General Stall and Food Stalls will attract a $300 site fee payable upon acceptance to and by VDMfest.

Applications close on the 1st August 2021. Successful applicants will be notified ASAP after this date. Thank you and Good Luck.

Food Stall Application

Applications are NOW OPEN.

Please ensure you follow these important steps if you wish to be successful in obtaining a Food Stall at our Festival:

Thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions and ensure you understand and agree prior to applying.
All sections of the Online Application are to be Completed.
ALL supporting documentation must be Correctly completed:
1. Photo of your stall
2. Diagram of the site – must be drawn to scale and show all back of house requirements
3. Copy of proposed Menu and price list
4. Copy of your current Public Liability Insurance policy
5. Copy of relevant food permit/s from your local Regional Council or Click here for more info.
6. Workers Compensation details
7. Electrical Requirements Form.

You are able to provide supporting documentation by either submitting via the online application or E-mail to admin@vdmfest.com.au
